I'm forming classes for The 5 rites in Marietta GA.
The Five Rites and traditional Tibetan yoga emphasize "a continuous sequence of movement", similar to Indian equivalent of "Vinayasa Yoga".

For more info check out the myspace I set up to tell more and build a student list. Namaste :-)

Breathing: keep your shoulders down; breathe deep into your diaphragm (usually having to use your nasal passage); slowly; have a focused point of thought -- a relaxed space or idea with its' desired outcome. Let go. Don't fret if it takes a long time to hit the power of it ...

eney help on breathing , my breathing is rilly bad, i did quit smoking about a month ago. I hold my breth alot and i take rilly short breths, not on perpus but i noticed that is haw i breath. so eney sugestinos
