They are at this moment the most effective. And your not just buying a solar panel, you also need to buy a low cycle battery and some kind of voltage meter, to tell you how much power your producing.

Now just replace the kites with fat-kids rolling down a hill like a yo-yo. How do they get to the top again? Well the little buggers could use some exercise, but the question is; is there a whip big enough? and will they think its liquorish.
