Recycle Cigarette Butts into Public Ashtrays
Responsible Smokers Act's mission is to start a nonprofit to cure the problem of cigarette pollution. While educating on the repercussion of the act of littering, this mission is to provide proper places for disposal. The goal is to make Public ashtrays that are designed to educate, but the key is to "shock and aw" the smokers by making this device from the cigarette butts itself. Being a nonsmoker for life I kind of wish they would have been responsible for the Hasmat for years.
I'm 57 now and remembered asking people when I was still in Jr. high why would you pay good money for any thing that smells that bad and doesn't get you high? And if they bought a joint from someone and didn't get a buzz wouldn't they go get there money back and not buy any more from that guy? If people would just think about how they spend their limited life and respond logically Earth would already be a better place.
